1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AIOGuide web application (“Service”) operated by Guiding-Ventures (see Site Notice). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Services provided

AIOGuide provides tools for website analysis and AI-generated SEO prompts. Free and paid plans are available. Feature limits are listed on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account dashboard and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service or access it using automated means except through our documented API endpoints. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Availability & hosting

The Service is hosted on Netlify (static assets) and Supabase (backend & database). While we aim for high availability, interruptions may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or data loss.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties. Guiding-Ventures shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
