2. Hosting & infrastructure

Netlify (Web hosting & CDN)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Netlify stores the static assets of this website and serves them via its global content-delivery network. The use of Netlify is in the interest of a fast and reliable provision of our site (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Netlify. Further details can be found in Netlify's privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy.

Supabase (Backend & database)

We use Supabase (Supabase Inc.) as a Backend-as-a-Service. Application data—including authentication details and analytics results—is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase in the EU region (eu-central-1, Frankfurt/Germany). The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and scalable infrastructure).

3. Your rights

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, as well as the purpose of the processing (Art. 15 GDPR). You also have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

If you have given consent to process your data, you may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

4. Cookies & analytics

We only set cookies that are necessary for the technical operation of the site. Analytics via Google Analytics is activated only after you provide consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). IP addresses are anonymised. You can revoke your consent at any time via the banner's settings link.
